The artwork was originally commissioned by the Air Dispatch of Association of Australia to establish a professional, respected collaboration and commemoration of the Australian Army Air Dispatch Soldier, historical and current capabilities. The art captures Australian military aircraft and Army Air Dispatch capabilities during the conduct of their duties through a range of different conflicts and or eras that Soldiers and Officers of the trade will connect with. The admirable artwork was completed by Mrs Tamara Telley in March 2021 and was hand drawn (colour pencil), during a period of family hardship whilst in isolation (Canberra Hotel), during the 2020/2021 Army COVID posting cycle period. The esteemed artist remains humble and has accepted very little in the way of remuneration. However, she is congratulated on her masterpiece and will remain highly regarded by the ADAA forever more.

The Association is extremely delighted with the outcome and honoured to have established such a prized piece of artwork for the benefit of our retired, current and future members, their families and friends. The ADAA committee aspires to establish an honourable long term caretaker for the Original artwork that will enable maximum viewing by ADAA members and the public. 100 Limited Edition copies of the artwork has been established and officially go on sale 24 Apr 2021.
