Notice to all members: The ADAA AGM will be held at the Airport International Motel, 528 Kingsford Smith Drive, Hamilton, Qld (entrance off Seymour Road) on the 24 April 2019 at 7:00pm.
All Committee positions will be declared vacant. Anyone wishing to nominate for a Committee position please pass on the nomination to ADAA Secretary by 18th April 2019 with a proposer and a seconder on the form provided. If a nomination is made by a third party the nominee must be made aware of their nomination.
Any matters that members wish to raise at the AGM are to be forwarded to the Secretary by 18th April 2019 with a proposer and a seconder. (A member is defined as a current financial member or a Life Member)
