2022 Annual General Meeting

Notice to all members:

Details of the the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2022 are as follows:

  • Date: 23 April 2022
  • Time: 13:30 hours
  • Location: Penrith RSL Sub-Branch Committee Meeting Room, 8 Tindale Street, Penrith (downstairs next to Sub-Branch office) 

Plans are underway to host a virtual meeting for this event. More information to follow on this.

The purpose of the AGM is to present the current financial postion of the Association to all members present, in line with legislation. It is also an opportunity for interested members to nominate themselves for a position on the Management Committee. 

All positions will be declared vacant at the AGM. Anyone wishing to nominate for a position must pass on their nomination to ADAA Secretary by 16 April 2022 with a proposer and a seconder on the form provided below. If a nomination is made by a third party the nominee must be made aware of their nomination.

Any matters that members wish to raise at the AGM are to be forwarded to the Secretary by 16 April 2022 with a proposer and a seconder. (A member is defined as a current financial member or a Life Member).
